The company Wolfram Ungermann System-Kälte GmbH und Co KG (USK) was founded 1994. Founder Wolfram Ungermann acquired branch expertise as head of marketing, sales and development  for Erwin Ungermann GmbH. From 1981 to 1994 he took major influence in the expansion of the company towards a market leader in the refrigeration industry.

When the main shareholder announced his decision to sell major parts of the company to the US company Hobart, Wolfram Ungermann ceased his role as managing director and shareholder of the Erwin Ungermann GmbH. He left the company amongst many other specialists.

In the same year he founded USK based on a motivated team of engineers and specialists incorporating more than 40 years of branch expertise. From the very beginning the company was able to convince large scale customers by quality, reliability and customer specific consulting.

Wolfram Ungermann System Kälte GmbH today carries the heritage and attitude of the name UNGERMANN in the cooling business.
